Aliye Aliye founded and organized a humanitarian organization called DHDE that benefited more than 300 young people in Ethiopia. He has worked as a management consultant for non-profit business and government organizations in Ethiopia and has managed sustainable building projects in the USA. He holds a BA in Economics, an MA in IT/Telecommunications Management, an MBA in Sustainable Business Management, and an AD in General Agriculture.

Jennifer SchompJennifer Schomp

Jennifer Schomp's background is in ecosystem science and food systems. Her areas of expertise include plant physiology, ecology, hydrogeology, agricultural and food chemistry, and sustainable agroecology systems. Jennifer has worked at the Organic Materials Review Institute and as a researcher at land grant universities. She holds a BS in Restoration Ecology from University of Massachusetts and an MS in Rangeland Agriculture and Watershed Science from the Renewable Resources Department at the University of Wyoming.

John GrantJohn Grant

John Grant has been involved in efforts to integrate sustainability and marketing since the early 2000s. He is the author of four bestselling books on marketing, media and innovation, and on social networks, social change, and sustainability. He works as a consultant for governments and corporations, where he applies his experience in innovative marketing and new media to fuse corporate sustainability goals with web 2.0 platforms. John co-founded the award-winning socially aware ad agency St Luke's and is a non-executive director of several high profile start-ups. He is a prolific speaker, journalist and blogger.

Claire RobinsonClaire Robinson

Claire Robinson is a researcher, writer, and editor who works for civil society organisations that focus on public health and environmental sustainability. She holds a BA from the University of Durham and an MPhil from the University of Birmingham, both in England. In recent years she has specialized in scientific and technical research and writing. She is an author of several scientific reports published by Earth Open Source.

John FaganJohn Fagan

John Fagan was an early voice in the scientific debate on genetically modified (GM) crops. His current work focuses on sustainability, security, and safety in the global food system. He has pioneered the development of tools to verify these parameters, including methods to detect GM organisms in food, the first certification programme for non-GM foods, and a leading certification programme for sustainability and ethics in the food and agricultural industries. He holds a PhD in biochemistry and molecular biology from Cornell University, USA. He has conducted research at the US National Institutes of Health and elsewhere, which has been published in leading scientific journals. He speaks internationally in industry, government, scientific, and public venues.

Paul SkinnerPaul Skinner

Paul Skinner is a chartered marketer with extensive corporate experience in international business development and marketing. Paul speaks fluent English, Spanish, and French and currently lives in the UK. He holds an MA from Oxford University.
